Washington Based Lender to Use LendersLogic in Call

Boston - Nov. 27, 2006 - LendersLogic, Inc. today announced that its consumer direct online mortgage loan decisioning solution was selected by Moneytree, Inc. of Tacoma, WA. as part of the launch of the company's new retail mortgage subsidiary, Moneytree Mortgage™.
Moneytree Mortgage is the newest division of Moneytree, Inc., which opened in 1983 in Renton, Washington. The company has since grown to 115 financial service centers in 6 states with more than 1,000 employees. Moneytree Mortgage is launching first in Washington State with plans to later offer mortgages in Idaho, southern California, Nevada, Colorado and Oregon.
